Q: Where is 360shoppe.com's shop?
We operate fully online. We don't have a retail shop but we have a management office at Seri Kembangan,Selanor. collection and payment are based on appointment only with prior order at the website and no walk ins. Please go to 'contact' us for our full office address and visiting hours.


Q: Can i view the item first before placing an order?
Yes, you can with prior notice. We dont have display units but you are welcome to view them in selaed boxes. You can view ready stock items and not pre order items. Pre order items are items that are not readily available in stock. If you have decided not to buy after you have viewed the item, you dan't have to buy, no pressure :)


Q: How to order?
1. Choose the item you wish to buy on the www.360shoppe.com website
2. Click 'Add to Cart' then proceed to 'Check Out'
3. Follow the step by step guided instructions on our website until you click on 'Confirm Purchase'
4. Order confirmation and tracking details (for postage customers) will be emailed to you


Q: What are the payment methods?
360shoppe.com offers a variety of payment options as below:
 
Option 1: Offline Payment (cash )
Option 2: Bank Transfer
Once you have placed your order, you may transfer your money via Online Banking (eg Maybank2u or cimbclicks etc), bank counter, or ATM machine to our Company Account. Please find our bank account information below:

After bank transfer, please email us a copy of your payment slip at admin@360shoppeU2.com AND mail_360shoppe@yahoo.com with the following payment details:

1. Receipt reference no.
2. Your name and contact no.
3. Item name
 4. Payment amount
5. Date and time of bank in

You may also take a picture of the receipt and send to us via whatsapp to this number 0192109592 together with the details as stated above.

Please note that orders will only be processed after the cash is deposited / transferred. For Maybank-Maybank transfer, payments will be cleared immediately but for Interbanks transfer (different bank than Maybank), payment will be cleared the next working day. Therefore we will only post the item to you AFTER the payment is cleared on our side. If payment is not received within 24 hoursafter order placement, your order will be cancelled.

Option 3: PayPal (Accepts Visa, Mastercard or Amex credit card)
There's a 4.5% processing fee if you pay via Paypal. Orders will only be made once we receive full payment from you. Please take note that for PayPal payments, it takes 1-2 days before the payment is cleared. Therefore we'll only confirm your orders AFTER the payment is received on our side.

Q: How soon can i receive my items?
How soon you will receive your item depends on:

Peninsular Malaysia (Next Working Day)
For ready stock items, your item will be delivered the next working day if we receive orders and full payment before 1pm on a working day. However please allow another 3-5 working days just in case if there's any delay by the courier service. Postage tracking number will be emailed to you.
For pre order items (no ready stock), your item will arrive in 1-3 weeks from the date you receive the confirmation order email (it takes about 1-3 weeks for the item to be shipped to Malaysia). Once it arrives Malaysia, we'll post to you immediately. Postage tracking number will be emailed to you.

Sabah / Sarawak (1 - 2 days or 1 - 3 weeks)
You may chose either these 2 options:

1. Pre Order Item (1-3 weeks) - Free shipping
Your item will be shipped directly from the country where the item was imported (mostly from U.S.A, Switzerland, Germany, UK) for pre order item. It takes 1 - 3 weeks before your item arrives Sabah / Sarawak. We ship directly from those country so that we can offer you a free shipping! However you might be taxed by the customs additional of 10-15% and please be informed that we are not responsible for the additional tax (if any)

2. Ready Stock Item (1-2 working days) - Postage charges incurred
Your item will be shipped from  Malaysia. Since they are shipped from Malaysia, there will be a delivery charge. Your item will be posted via kangaroo worldwide express / post laju / Gdex and it can be delivered to you the next working day if we receive payment before 1pm on a working day (However please allow another 3-5 working days just in case if there's any delay by the courier service)

International (1 - 3 weeks)
Your item will be shipped directly from the country where the item was imported (mostly from U.S.A, Switzerland, Germany, UK) for pre order item. It takes 1 - 3 weeks before your item arrives your country. We ship directly from the manufacturer so that we can offer you a free shipping! However you might be taxed by the customs additional of 5-15% (depending on your country's tax policies) and please be informed that we are not responsible for the additional tax (if any)


Q: Will there be any additional customs tax once i receive the items?
No you will not be taxed if you are from:
1. Peninsular Malaysia.
2. Sabah / Sarawak / Labuan and you ordered a ready stock item
However Yes, there might be an additional customs tax (depending on your country's tax policies) if you are from:
1. International countries
2. Sabah / Sarawak / Labuan and you ordered a pre order item

Q: Why is our price so low compared to other retail stores in Malaysia?
We purchase our items in bulk directly from international authorized suppliers. Besides, since we operate online, 360shoppe.com is able to minimize running cost so we can offer you very very competitive prices! We are constantly trying our best to offer our customers the best price. Our goal is to make all parents in Malaysia to be able to afford quality branded imported baby goods!


Q: Are the items sold at 360shoppe.com brand new and original?
All of the items sold at www.360shoppe.com are brand new sealed in box and original, otherwise 100% money back guaranteed


Q: Do you have a reseller program? How to become your reseller
Yes we do have. You are able to purchase in bulk, join our dropship or affiliate program. You are required to fill up the reseller form. Please refer at our Reseller's section


Q : How To Claim for Warranty and What is the Warranty's Terms & Conditions?
You may claim for warranty with 360shoppe.com only if you purchase the item which comes with a local Malaysia warranty with 360shoppe.com. To claim your warranty, contact us and send your item together with your purchase receipt, order numberand we'll handle the claim for you without any additional charges during the warranty period.360shoppe.com warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal household use and service following date of purchase for some products.
This warranty shall not apply to damages arising from neglect, accidental damage, or commercial use of the product. This is a limited warranty which covers manufacture defect only. Liability for consequential damage is expressly excluded. Proof of purchase, warranty card, or order number is required. You do not need to present the warranty card or receipt if you have missplaced them. We require your full name or order number ( emailed to you during your purchase ). Please note that we don't cover the postage for warranty purposes. Kindly read the complete warranty terms and conditions at the item description before you proceed to purchase an item with 360shoppe.com


Q : Do you provide after sales / warranty service ?
We provide after sales services. If you buy an item without a warranty and you need to repair / replace new parts, we can handle for you at your own expenses. We also provide after warranty services for those who purchase the item with a local warranty with 360shoppe.com. After your local warranty period ends, you can send your pump to us for any repairs / replacements at your own expenses.
 
    
Q: I cannot remove and add items into my shopping cart. Why and how to resolve this ?

Q: I have signed up to 360shoppe.com but cannot login with my password. Why ?
One of the possible problem is that your account is not verified. A email with verification link had been sent to your registered email address for verification, please click on the verification link to activate your account.
Alternatively, kindly contact us at admin@360shoppe.com  for technical assistance.


Q: I have a user account with 360shoppe.com but forgot my password, what should I do ?
It is easy, go to My Account page and click on the Forgot password link. You will be prompted with a window and please enter your email address (it must be the same email address you registered with 360shoppe.com. The password will be sent automatically to the registered email address.


Q: I have a user account with 360shoppe.com, how do I change my personal info and shipping address ?
Go to My Account page, login and you can modify your account details there.


Q: Can I buy from 360shoppe.com without creating an account ?
Yes you can. After you have clicked on the 'Add to cart' button, you click on 'Check out as guest'. This way, you do not need to sign up / register with us. However it is better to have an account with us for you to track and view your purchase history with us


Q: I have received a few emails from 360shoppe.com. What are Orders Received, Orders Processed and Payment Receipt?
Order Received: This email informs you that 360shoppe.com has received your orders and will process it as soon as possible.
Order Processed: This email confirms 360shoppe.com has processed your order.
Order Shipped: This email confirms that 360shoppe.com has delivered/shipped the order to your shipping address.


Q: Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?
Yes, you can. However, there are terms and conditions for this. Please refer to the  Return & Refund section of the website for more information on this.


Q: I can't find a particular product/item I want from 360shoppe.com online store, what can I do ?
